UK FREE DELIVERY (up to 2 items)
All our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail (unless pre-order) using a 48 hour tracked & signed delivery service. Please make sure someone will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a redelivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 3pm (unless pre-order) will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 3pm will be processed the next working day. We do not dispatch orders on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. If you order an item for UK next day delivery on a Saturday your order will not be processed and dispatched until the Monday.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
UK customers do not need to pay any customs and duties. In the event of any duties coming to you please reach out to us at customercare@nakeddresses.com and our team will be quick to take care of these for you.
International customers outside of the UK may be required to pay import Tax and Duties depending on the location of the customer and location of the warehouse we are shipping from. Any customs and duties that occur are the responsibility of the customer and not Naked Dresses. If you refuse to pay any customs or duties after the items have already been dispatched, we will be unable to refund your original shipping costs.
Where shipments are refused by the customer, the return fee will be offset from the refund.
DELAYS TO YOUR SHIPMENT
All orders (unless pre-order) are handled over to Royal Mail / DHL / Fedex within 24 hours of receipt (Monday-Friday). Any delays in your delivery after it has left our warehouse due to disruptions via either of our delivery partners is out of our control and we cannot be held responsible for such delays to your order. We do not offer refunds on postage costs if your item is not delivered in the estimated time frame.
