If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Please fill out the form included in your parcel and send it back along with your item. We cannot process your refund/exchange without this. Late returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
CUSTOMER RETURN CARE
The item(s) must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation & tags. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and your item will be sent back to you.
EXCHANGE MY ORDER
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size/style, simply fill in the form sent to you and return the item(s) to us in their original condition within 14 days. Naked Dresses will not charge any shipping costs for exchanges.
ROYAL MAIL PRE-PAID UK RETURNS LABEL
Use our pre-paid UK only returns system securely and easily for a flat rate of £3.99. You have up to 14 days from receipt of goods to return your items, by simply downloading a QR code onto your phone, or if you prefer, printing off a returns label, before dropping your package(s) into your local Post Office. If you choose to use our service, we will deduct the flat rate fee above from your refund.
STEPS TO RETURN:
1: Ensure you are within the 14 day return period and that your item(s) are unworn, unwashed and undamaged with all tags intact.
2: Fill out the returns form which arrived with your parcel. Click here to go to the returns portal where you can create a returns QR code or label. Don't worry if you do not have a printer, simply show your QR code from your phone to the post office and they will create the label for you.
3: Take your package(s) to your nearest Post Office or Royal Mail Delivery Centre. Remember to retain a proof of postage receipt. Naked Dresses does not accept responsibility for the loss of any parcels when this service is used.

Once you have received email notification of your refund please allow 5-9 days for funds to clear into your bank.

The same returns policy applies for international returns. All international returns must be labelled 'RETURNED GOODS' to ensure we are not charged any duties and taxes upon receiving your return. If we incur any customs/duties from returned goods this will be deducted from your refund.

Please fill out the form included in your parcel and send it back directly within 14 days of receipt to the brand warehouse along with your item. Once returned by you, please email email@example.com detailing your order number, return tracking number and courier so we can keep an eye on your return.
Please ensure these returns/exchanges are marked 'returned goods.' Any items received after the 14 days will not be accepted and returned back to sender.
FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED
If the item you received is faulty or the incorrect order has been received, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item only to return it to us.
SALE / FLASH SALE ORDERS
All sale / discounted items are return for gift card only. Your gift card will be issued via email once the item/s have been received back in original condition.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Order cancellations must be made by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered.
You will be responsible for paying for your own return/exchange shipping costs unless the item is faulty. We suggest using a fully tracked and traced service to ensure your return gets back to us safely. Gift cards are non-returnable. Once your refund has been processed please allow 5-9 working days for this to clear into your account. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All orders (unless stated otherwise in product description) are dispatched within 1-2 working days.
Please refer to the product description of the item(s) you would like to order for specific details on order processing times required and when you can expect to receive your order. When selecting your delivery at checkout, please allow the delivery time in addition to the time mentioned on the product page.
Where some items may come directly to you from our brand partner warehouses we cannot be held responsible for any delay on dispatch. If there are any delays and you are unable to wait for delivery our team will notify you by email and can offer you alternatives if desired or fully refund your order. If the item ordered is out of stock we will refund you as soon as possible.

UK FREE DELIVERY
All our UK deliveries are handled by Royal Mail using a 24 hour tracked delivery service. Please make sure someone will be present either at a home or work address to accept your delivery. If no one is in, we’ll make sure we leave a card so that a redelivery can be arranged, or you can collect from the depot.
UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 2pm will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the next working day. We do not dispatch order on a Saturday or Bank Holidays. If you order an item for UK next day delivery on a Saturday you order will not be processed and dispatched until the Monday.
All items specify if they are available for UK next day delivery on the ADD TO CART box on the product page.
We work with trusted couriers such as DHL & Fed Ex to ensure delivery is secure and quick. We do not offer refunds on postage costs if your item is not delivered in the estimated time frame.
CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
UK customers do not need to pay any customs and duties. In the event of any duties coming to you please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our team will be quick to take care of these for you.
International customers outside of the UK may be required to pay import Tax and Duties. This is the responsibility of the customer and not Naked Dresses. If you refuse to pay any customs or duties after the items have already been dispatched, we will be unable to refund your original shipping costs.
