- Bust Measure around the fullest part of your chest while wearing a well-fitting bra, if required. Keep the tape level under your arms and across your shoulder blades.
- Waist Measure around the narrowest part of your waistline.
- Hips Stand with your feet together and measure around the widest part of your hips.
- Length Measure from the top of your head down to the floor.
