NAKED DRESSES RETURNS POLICY
Returning or exchanging your order with Naked Dresses couldn't be easier. We offer refunds to your original payment method for all online purchases.
The item(s) must be received back to us within 14 days of receipt in unworn and original condition and packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached.

Naked Dresses charges a flat rate of £15 for all return labels generated on our portal, this is offset from your refund once the return has been processed. Once the return label has been generated for you, all packages must be passed to the selected courier within 3 days.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Naked Dresses processes all refunds within 5 days of receipt. We will use this time to quality check each item ensuring all tags are attached and that the item(s) are in original sellable condition. Once this has been approved and your refund has been processed you will be notified via email confirmation.
EXCHANGE MY ORDER
Naked Dresses will not charge any additional shipping costs for your exchange. If you wish to exchange your item(s) for a different size or style, please Click Here to begin processing your exchange and we will provide you with your return label.
FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please email customercare@nakeddresses.com (within 24 hours of receipt) quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Order cancellations must be made by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered.
