Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide! Our amazing customers and community span across the globe, and we love seeing our pieces find their way to celebrations in so many different countries. *Please note, we don’t currently ship to the US, but we proudly deliver across the UK, Europe and beyond.

Yes! We offer free express delivery on all orders under 1kg (two dresses or fewer). If your order is over 1kg, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

Orders are delivered via UPS Express within 1–4 business days depending on location. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Orders placed by 5pm (GMT) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your delivery using the link provided.

No. We cover all duties and taxes, so there are no hidden fees at checkout or on delivery.

If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, please contact our customer service team at customercare@nakeddresses.com. We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue promptly.

Placing An Order

All orders must be placed through our website www.nakeddresses.com. Choose your style, colour, size, and check out using your preferred payment method. Prices can be viewed in your local currency.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to add items to it. The quickest option is to place a separate order for any additional items.

To change your delivery address after placing your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, changes may not be possible.

Yes, you can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't been processed yet. To request a cancellation, please contact our customer service team right away. If more than 3 hours have passed or the order is already being processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Only one discount code can be applied per order. If multiple codes are entered, the best one will be used automatically.

Sizing & Fit

Our dresses are designed to flatter and support, and most styles fit true to size. You’ll find detailed measurements and international size conversions in our Size Guide. Sizing may vary slightly by style or fabric, so we recommend checking the guide on each product page and reading the fit notes. If you're between sizes, sizing up is usually the best option. Still unsure? Our Customer Care team is always happy to help.

Yes! Taking your measurements is the best way to ensure the perfect fit for you. Our dresses are designed with a contoured fit and internal boning, and follow US sizing. Measuring yourself helps match you to the most accurate size for each style.

• Bust: Around the fullest part of your chest, wearing a non-padded bra.

• Waist: Around the narrowest point of your waist, just above your belly button.

• Hips: Around the fullest part of your hips and bum, keeping the tape level.

• Length: Our gowns are designed with extra length to allow for hemming based on your height and heel choice.

We don’t offer in-house alterations, but all gowns are made with extra length to allow for easy hemming as is standard with luxury eveningwear. For a full couture-style fit, we recommend working with a trusted local tailor for any additional adjustments.

Yes! Naked Dresses proudly offers one of the most inclusive size ranges in the UK, from UK 2 to UK 24. We believe every woman deserves to feel confident, supported, and stunning.

All our gowns are made with extra length, so you can tailor them to suit your height (or your heels). A simple hem won’t affect the style, fabric, or overall look.

Fit details are included in every product description. We recommend reading the fit notes and checking the size guide before purchasing. Our Customer Care team is also on hand if you need support.

Product Care & Information

Please refer to the care instructions found within the description of each product on our website. The care instructions for your garment will also be on the care tag.

Please handle sequin and hand-embellished items with care, avoiding contact with jewelry or rough surfaces.

We use a variety of high-quality materials including silk, satin, chiffon, and hand-embellished fabrics. Specific fabric details are listed in each product description as well as garment labels.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns through our Returns Portal within 14 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Yes, unless it was marked as Final Sale. Items purchased with a discount code are eligible for return under our standard policy.

Simply visit our Returns Portal, enter your order number and email, then follow the steps. Depending on your region you can choose to print a return label or download a QR code for drop-off.

A £15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover the cost of the label. We’ve kept this as low as possible to offer a smooth and trackable return experience.

After submitting your return through our portal, you can track its progress on the return status page and via the link in your return confirmation email.

If you're having trouble with the Returns Portal, please email us at customercare@nakeddresses.com and include your order number. Our team will be happy to assist you with your return.

Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method once we’ve received and checked your return. You’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s been processed.

To exchange an item, visit our Returns Portal, enter your order details, and select "Exchange" when prompted. Your preferred item will be reserved once your return is approved. Your first exchange is free of return shipping costs, but the new item must be of equal or lesser value or any difference will be charged (if lesser, refunded).

Pre-order Information

Your pre-order will be shipped on or just before the dispatch date shown on the product page at the time of ordering.

Yes! You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item, just like with regular orders.

If there’s any change to the dispatch date, we’ll notify you by email as soon as possible. You’ll have the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
