Returns & Delivery

If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in original unworn/unused condition and a refund (minus postage costs) will be processed as soon as possible. 

Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you.

When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / make up / deodorant or anything which may leave a scent or marks/damage on the item. Your item will also be checked for any signs of wear and tear. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation & tags. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and your item will be sent back to you via Royal Mail / DHL signed for service.

Please fill out the form attached to your invoice and send it back to us along with your item, we cannot process your refund/exchange without this. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Cancel Your Order

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of you making it for any item purchased from Naked dresses for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by email quoting your order number. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered. Alternatively you can phone our Customer Services Helpline on +44 (0) 845 468 0078 (Please note: calls cost 5pence per minute plus your network access charge)

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size/style, simply fill in the form sent to you and return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt with a note explaining what you wish to exchange for. Delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 24 hour Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock and we are waiting for the resotck, you need to allow up to 4-6 weeks for your exchange to be processed.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Some of our Abyss dresses are on a pre-order basis, we ask for 5-7 working days for all UK Deliveries to be made. International deliveries can take a few more days. If there are any delays on your item we will do our best to notify you via email. If the pre order item you have ordered has sold out we will refund you as soon as possible.

Matea

Please allow 7 working days for your delivery, your items are sent directly to us from MATEA once your order has been placed.

Please allow 7 working days for your delivery, your items are sent directly from MADDIE & BELLE once you have placed your order.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in original unworn/unused condition and a refund (minus postage costs) will be processed as soon as possible. Late returns cannot be accepted and may be returned to you. Only regular priced items can be exchanged, sale items can only be returned for refund by credit note or exchange.

Faulty Goods

If the item you received is faulty, please contact Customer Care by email, quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.

If you receive the wrong item

In the unlikely event that the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact Customer Care quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Insurance

Naked Dresses insures each purchase whilst it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Delivery requires a signature from you, at which point the responsibility for your purchase passes to you. (If the item is a gift, the person who receives it and signs for it is held responsible for it.)

Delivery Information

All UK Orders, unless stated otherwise (pre-orders) are despatched within 1-2 working days, using a signed for Royal Mail or DHL delivery service. If you are not in to collect your parcel, they will leave a card where you can arrange re-delivery or collect from your depot. We recommend you use an address or work place where someone will be in to sign for the parcel. All first orders are sent to the billing address.

Next Day Delivery orders for in stock items need to be placed before 4pm to ensure it will get to you the FOLLOWING working day. Next Day Delivery orders placed on a Friday after 4pm will be delivered the following Tuesday. We do not post or deliver on public or Bank Holidays.

You can opt to select next day delivery for your PRE-ORDERED item at the checkout, this means that once the item arrives to us we will send it via next day delivery, so please ensure it is understood the order still needs to be processed before it is despatched and sent via next day service.

Items will be charged in full and secured for you as soon as the order is placed.

DHL Worldwide Shipping

We ship worldwide using a tracked and signed for DHL delivery service. If you are not in to collect your parcel, they will leave a card where you can arrange re-delivery or collect from your depot. We do not cover shipping costs if you are looking to return/exchange your item. There is no Next Day Delivery option outside the UK. Returns policy is the same for international customers, unless stated UK only.

Naked Dresses now offer DHL Express Worldwide Shipping, which is available on all IN-STOCK items. Any pre-ordered items still require up to 5-7 days for delivery. We do not offer refunds on DHL postage costs if your item is not delivered in the estimated time frame, or if your country does not have a postal service on Saturday's. If you have any questions or require a delivery date estimation than email sales@nakeddresses.com or contact us directly by telephone.

We offer an easy returns system with DHL for our international customers who wish to return their order. If you wish to use our returns service you need to email us requesting your return waybill and cover the flat rate international returns shipping fee of £20 (We can only accept this payment via Paypal) Please ensure you quote your order number when making payment so we know it is you.

Once your payment has been recieved we will email the waybill for you to attach to your parcel and arrange for it to be picked up by DHL. Your refund will be processed once the item has been recieved and passed our quality checks. We do not take any responsibility for any delays in the items return to us.
