Naked Dresses is delighted to offer Free Worldwide Shipping through UPS Express.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, it typically arrives within 1-4 business days depending on your location.
Orders placed between Monday and Friday are processed and shipped within 1 business day. For orders placed on Saturdays or Sundays processing will begin on the Monday.
*Please note Free Worldwide Delivery covers up to 1kg (approx 2 dresses). Any additional items will occur a delivery cost which is calculated for you at checkout. International orders may be subject to duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

UK & WORLDWIDE RETURNS
If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of your order.
The item(s) must be returned to us unworn and in original condition and packaging with any enclosed documentation and tags still attached. We will be unable to accept the return of any item(s) where these instructions have not been followed and your item(s) will be sent back to you.
To begin processing your return please email customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product, reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange. Your return label will be emailed to you once your return has been authorised.
Kindly note Naked Dresses charges a flat rate for all returns when arranged via our returns manager. All return postage and fees including any duty and taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.
EXCHANGE MY ORDER
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size / style, please email customercare@nakeddresses.com and we will provide you with a label to return the item(s) to us.
Please ensure the original item(s) is returned within 7 days to avoid delays on processing your exchange for you. Naked Dresses will not charge any additional shipping costs for exchanges.
SALE ITEMS
All sale item(s) can be returned strictly for exchange or refund by online store credit only. Your store credit will be issued via email once the item(s) have been received back in original condition.
Items using email marketing discount codes or our Spin The Wheel feature are fully refundable (as per our return policy for non SALE items) unless the item purchased is a SALE item.
FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED
If the item you received is faulty or incorrect, please email (within 24 hours of receipt) customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 14 days from receipt to return the item(s) to us.
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
Order cancellations must be made by email within 24 hours of placing your order. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?
Naked Dresses processes all returns within 10 days of receipt. We will use this time to quality check each item(s) and to ensure all tags are attached and that the item(s) are in original sellable condition.
Once this has been approved and your refund has been processed you will be notified via email confirmation. Any item(s) returned outside of our 7 day return window will be returned to sender.
