This gown has a sweet heart bodice which is boned and has in built cups. It is a mermaid fitted gown with a thigh high split and a long train. The entire dress is sheer apart from the body suit type lining.

If you are unhappy with your Naked Dresses purchase, returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items must be in original unworn/unused condition and a refund (minus postage costs) will be processed as soon as possible. Late returns cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / make up / deodorant or anything which may leave a scent or marks/damage on the item. Your item will be checked for any signs of wear and tear. The item must be returned to us in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation & tags.
We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and your item will be sent back to you via Royal Mail / DHL signed for service.
Please fill out the form included in your parcel and send it back to us along with your item, we cannot process your refund/exchange without this.
Please allow 5-9 days for refunds to clear into your bank.
Any duties and taxes are to be paid by and are the responsibility of the customer not Naked Label LTD. If we incur any customs/duties from returned goods this will be deducted from your refund. All international returns must be labelled 'RETURNED GOODS'
CANCEL YOUR ORDER
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of you making it for any item purchased from Naked Dresses for a full refund. Order cancellations must be made by email quoting your order number. If however, your order has already been processed, you will need to return it to us after it has been delivered.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size/style, simply fill in the form sent to you and return the item(s) to us in their original condition* within 14 days of receipt with a note explaining what you wish to exchange for.
All sale items are return for credit note or exchange only. Your credit note will be issued via email once the item/s have been received in original condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item unless the item is faulty. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
We offer an easy returns system with DHL for our international customers. If you wish to use our returns service you need to email us requesting your return waybill and cover the flat rate international returns shipping fee of £20. We can only accept this payment via PayPal. Please ensure you quote your order number when making payment so we know it is you.
Once your payment has been received we will email the waybill for you to attach to your parcel and arrange for it to be picked up by DHL. Your refund will be processed once the item has been received and passed our quality checks. We do not take any responsibility for any delays in the items return to us.

By using any free UK delivery promo and part or all of your order is returned, a charge of £4.99 will apply and will be taken off your refund.
LUXURY COLLECTION TERMS
All items featured in our luxury collection are on a made to order basis and require up to 5-6 weeks for delivery. If there are any delays we will notify you by email. All of the items featured in the luxury collection are available for refund, however you will be charged a restocking fee of 30% of the value of the item. Should you wish to cancel your order, you have 24 hours to cancel if you change your mind, if you choose to cancel after this period you will be charged the restocking fee.
If the item you received is faulty, please contact email@example.com quoting your order number, name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item to return it to us.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
All orders (unless stated otherwise in product description) are dispatched within 1-2 working days. We do not dispatch or deliver on public or Bank Holidays.
If there are any delays on the dispatch of your item we will do our best to notify you via email. If the item you have ordered has sold out we will refund you as soon as possible.
Please refer to the product description of the item(s) you would like to order for specific details on when you can expect to receive your order. When selecting your delivery at checkout, please allow the delivery time in addition to the time mentioned on the product page. We cannot be held responsible if this information is missed.
We cannot be held responsible if the item you ordered is out of stock, (dependant on brand availability) If this is the case we will refund you as soon as possible.
Where items come direct from our brands we cannot be held responsible for any delay on dispatch or hold up in customs. If there any delays and you are unable to wait our team can offer you alternatives if desired or fully refund your order should you not wish to wait.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
Orders placed before 4pm be delivered the next working day. Orders placed after 4pm or after 4pm on a Friday will be processed the next working day.
DHL WORLDWIDE SHIPPING
We do not offer refunds on DHL postage costs if your item is not delivered in the estimated time frame, or if your country does not have a postal service on Saturday's.
We do not cover shipping costs if you are looking to return/exchange your item. Our returns policy is the same for international customers, unless stated UK only.
