We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed and your item will be sent back to you. All international returns must be labelled 'RETURNED GOODS' to ensure we are not charged any duties and taxes upon receiving your return. If we incur any customs/duties from returned goods this will be deducted from your refund.

FAULTY GARMENT / WRONG ITEM RECIEVED

If the item you received is faulty or the incorrect order has been received, please contact customercare@nakeddresses.com quoting your name, order number, details of the product and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

This email must be received by our customer care team within 24 hours of receiving the item. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 30 days from receipt of the faulty item only to return it to us.
