Priority Dispatch

Orders placed by 5pm are prepared and dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.

Should your purchase exceed 1kg, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for you.

At Naked Dresses, we want you to fall in love with every piece you choose. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, simply follow the steps below for an easy return or exchange.

Easy Returns & Free Exchanges

Return Window:
You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery through our Return Portal.

Return Label:
A prepaid return shipping label is available through our portal for your convenience. A £15 fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping costs.

Exchanges:
Your first exchange ships free—with no charge for the return label—whether it’s for a different size, colour, or style. Exchanges are processed once we receive your original item. If you need the new item sooner, we recommend returning the original for a refund and placing a new order.

Confirmation:
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your return or exchange has been processed.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth and easy return, items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

• Items must be free from stains, makeup, perfume, deodorant, pet or human hair, or any other signs of wear.

• Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.

Refund Processing Times

We are committed to ensuring your refund process is smooth and efficient. While processing times may vary depending on your payment method, we’ll keep you informed every step, beginning with a confirmation email once your refund is approved.

• PayPal: Processed within 48 hours of confirmation.

• Store Credit: Issued within 48 hours—ideal for speedy reorders.

• Card Payments: Processed within 10–15 business days.

Important Information

• Return Process: To ensure your items are insured and tracked, all returns must be processed through our return portal using our designated service.
• Final Sale: Items marked as Final Sale during checkout or on the product page are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless your item is faulty.
• Late Returns: Return requests made after the 14-day window may be accepted at our discretion for store credit.
• Same-Country Returns: Returns must be shipped from the same country where your order was delivered due to customs and shipping restrictions.
• Return Compliance: All returns are carefully reviewed. if an item does not meet our return conditions, it may be refused, and return shipping fees may apply. In some cases, we may offer store credit as an alternative. 
• Mixed Payments: If you used both store credit and another payment method (e.g., credit card), the refund will follow the same split—starting with the store credit.
• Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 24 hours of delivery if your item is damaged or defective so we can assist you promptly.

Measuring your correct and current dress size for your Naked Dresses purchase is the single most important step to finding and keeping the perfect dress. 

It’s important to note that our ASHLEYlauren dresses are designed with a contoured fit, internal boning, and are sized in US measurements. We offer inclusive sizing to ensure every body can find their perfect fit. To help you choose the best size, we recommend taking a moment to measure yourself for the most accurate fit.

How to measure for the perfect fit

• Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but comfortable.

• Waist – Find the narrowest part of your waist (usually right above your belly button) and measure there.

• Hips – Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
