Your order will be delivered via UPS Express within 1-4 business days. You will receive a tracking link to stay updated on your delivery every step of the way. 

Priority Dispatch

Orders placed by 5pm are prepared and dispatched on the same day. Weekend orders begin processing the following Monday.

Should your purchase exceed 1kg, the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout for you.

At Naked Dresses, we value our relationship with our customers and take pride in offering a quality product and service.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returning or exchanging an item couldn't be easier. 

Returns and exchanges

Try your items on in the comfort of your own home and let us know straight away if you’d like a different size, style or refund. You can process your return or exchange using the link here. 

 You have 21 days from receiving your order to:

- Initiate your return or exchange using the link here

- Drop off your return using the return label provided to the selected carrier. 

Our secure return labels are charged at £15 per return initiated, this will be deducted from your refund once your return has been processed. There is no cost to exchange your Naked Dresses purchase. 

Items must be returned to us in original condition with all designer labels still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you at your own expense.

Need a different size or colour?

There’s no cost to exchange your Naked Dresses purchase. If you wish to try another size, colour or style, simply request your exchange via our return portal linked here.

Please note exchanges cannot be processed until the original order is received in our warehouse and inspected. If you need to exchange an item and need it quickly, we recommend creating a return and placing a new order.

Our Return Policy

To ensure all customers receive items in pristine condition, we kindly ask that you kindly try on, handle, and repackage items with care.

All items must be returned in original condition, this means that they must be: 

- Unworn and undamaged

- Free from any sign of wear, including but not limited to: makeup, perfume, deodorant, snags, pet hair or human hair

- Returned with all original tags, garment bags, labels, ribbons and/or packaging attached and intact 

Each return is carefully inspected upon arrival. Items that do not meet these conditions may result in cleaning fees or the return being refused. If a return is refused, you will have the option to have the item sent back to you at your own shipping expense. 

Receiving your refund

You will receive an email to confirm once your refund has been processed. The refund time frame may vary depending on the payment method and processing times between payment providers.

Credit Card: Our bank will credit your account within 15 working days of receipt of your items

PayPal: Your refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent 

Store Credit: The reimbursed sum will be available in your account within 48 hours of your refund email being sent

If you paid for your order in store credit and another payment method and received your order in a single shipment, if you decide to make a return, we will refund the amount as it was charged reimbursing the gift card used. 

Late Returns

Your items should be sent back to us within 21 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at the discretion of Naked Dresses and may only be refunded as a store credit.

Damaged Product, Disputes, & Refused Packages

Customers have 24 hours after delivery to inform us if the products they received are damaged or have a defect. Please note, any refused shipments will incur a 25% penalty and be issued a store credit. 

Repeated returns not in compliance with the return policy

We offer a flexible return policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers in order to check whether the purchase of products is pursued for consumer purposes and is not, on the contrary, pursued for commercial, entrepreneurial or professional purposes, and/or is otherwise related to fraudulent intent. 

Frequent or repeated returns and in breach of our terms and conditions will be flagged. In this case, at our discretion, we may proceed to close your Naked Dresses account or refuse future orders.

Additional Information

We only allow items to be returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You cannot make returns outside of our return portal.

Products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and reaches us promptly, items must be returned from the same country to which they were delivered. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty.

Measuring your correct and current dress size for your Naked Dresses purchase is the single most important step to finding and keeping the perfect dress. 

It’s important to note that our ASHLEYlauren dresses are designed with a contoured fit, internal boning, and are sized in US measurements. We offer inclusive sizing to ensure every body can find their perfect fit. To help you choose the best size, we recommend taking a moment to measure yourself for the most accurate fit.

How to measure for the perfect fit

• Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust. Keep the tape snug but comfortable.

• Waist – Find the narrowest part of your waist (usually right above your belly button) and measure there.

• Hips – Measure around the widest part of your hips and bottom.
